Pelicans’ Murray expected to return Wednesday

New Orleans Pelicans guard Dejounte Murray is expected to return from injury against the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday (8 ET, League Pass), coach Willie Green confirmed on Tuesday. Murray is listed as probable on the Pelicans’ latest injury report.

Murray suffered the injury, a fractured left hand, in the season opener against the Chicago Bulls on Oct. 23.
The former All-Star was acquired by New Orleans in an offseason trade with the Atlanta Hawks. Over eight NBA seasons, Murray is averaging 15.4 points, 5.3 assists and 5.8 rebounds.
He rejoins a Pelicans team (4-14) that has struggled with injuries all season.
